Looking for subletter for 1 bedroom in a 1521 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in lower Nob Hill, San Francisco.
Apartment:
The address of the apartment complex is 1285 Sutter St, San Francisco CA 94109. Our apartment is one on the top floor of the building with stunning views of San Francisco and the bay. You can find details on the building and floor plan here:

We are offering one of two room options. The first room is priced at $1716/month; the second room is priced at $1915/month. Both rooms share a common bathroom. The first room is smaller than the second and has a sliding door that doesn't completely shut light / sound out or lock (but mostly does the trick -- I've been living in the room for 6 months without complaints). It has a medium-sized closet. The second room has a legitimate door, a walk-in closet, and a storage space. Both rooms have large windows with drop-down curtains, great views, and plenty of light.
The living room is fully furnished with television, sound system, dining table, sofa, and kitchen supplies. The kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, and kitchen supplies / utensils. The apartment includes new in-unit washer / dryer, storage closet, and a patio that gets sun in the morning and afternoon.
The complex has an exercise room, outdoor garden / terrace, and gated garage with parking spot available at an additional $275/month.
Rent includes garbage and water. You split internet and electricity utilities with the other housemates.
More pictures (rooms, bathrooms, etc) available on request; SUPost restricts us to uploading just a few.
Area:
The apartment is located centrally in a safe neighborhood with plenty of bars / nightlife / food on Polk Street, one block away. You're walking distance from lots of different activities. Public transportation (Muni) has plenty of lines running close to the apartment building that can take you from SoMa / Financial districts to the Mission / Hayes Valley to Pac Heights / Marina and all the way to Sunset. Very centrally located.
People:
You'll live with two male twenty-somethings working in San Francisco. One is an architect from Stanford, the other a software engineer from Princeton. We're relaxed and enjoy being with people but also being low-key, listening to music, eating, and enjoying what San Francisco has to offer. We are clean and friendly and looking for someone to be friends with. Pets are okay, likely encouraged.
You:
Male or female, friendly, respectful. Overnight guests are okay in moderation. Professional/student looking for longer-term housing until the summer, ideally until the lease ends on July 17th. Serious inquiries only please, let us know about yourself in your reply! :)
