Sublet OR housing exchange, any time June 15-July 30

My in laws want to spend some extended time out in the Bay Area this summer. They are interested in either a sublet OR an exchange.

Exchange: their home in Washington, D.C. is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, large modern kitchen home in a lovely, treed, safe neighborhood, walking distance to Metro.

Sublet would only need 1 bedroom with Queen bed and kitchen facilities.
