About the bedroom: Master (biggest) bedroom in the house, with a large closet. More than enough room for a queen-sized bed, desk, any other furniture (even a couch).

About the house: plenty of space, beautiful backyard that yields large heirloom tomatoes during the summer months. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

About you: friendly, clean, non-smoker, preferably a graduate student at Stanford, respectful of your fellow roommates. (They are great guys to live with, and very easy-going).
