I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a beautiful Palo Alto House from the beginning of April to the end of August. My roommate is also looking for one so if there are two of you, that would also work. We are the first renters after the house was converted into a rental property by the owners and it's in great shape.

The house is a beautiful 4 bedroom house with an open great room (combined kitchen and family room) that looks out onto a back yard. We have several fruit trees including a lemon tree, orange tree and asian pear tree.

The house is very close to 101 and several parks. It is a 4 mile bike ride to the Stanford campus.

All the other roommates are very nice, laid back individuals in their 20s including both students and professionals. We enjoy hanging out together, having guests over and throwing dinner parties but don't tend to party hard at home. Our backyard would be perfect if you enjoy grilling in the summer. We've maintained a gender balance of one male and one female. We keep the house clean and we expect people to know how to clean a bathroom (you'd be surprised that some people don't).

The monthly rent for the house is $1288/mo and would require a deposit of $1250 which would be returned at the end of the rental period. You have the option of buying my bedroom furniture for a discounted rate as well.
