We have two rooms available in a large house on the south end of Palo Alto. The location gives easy access to 101 (2 miles from Google) and is a pleasant 5 mile bike ride away from Stanford. We're looking to fill two rooms from April 1 through the summer (until sometime in July/August).

• About the rooms:
  The master bedroom is a very large room with a private bathroom. The previous tenant is happy to sell their nearly new condition furniture (bed+mattress, desk, nightstand, bookcase) for $525.
  Rent: $1110/month + utilities.

The other bedroom is mid-sized (9' x 13') and comes completely unfurnished. Previous tenants have comfortably fit in a queen bed, dresser, and a small desk.
Rent: $880/month + utilities.

• About the house:
  We share a large common area (living room, dining room, kitchen, side room) and a large back yard with a swimming pool.

• About us:
  We're a group of 4 working professionals and Stanford graduate students in our mid-20's. We're all quite social and tend to hang out downstairs in the evenings.
