Fully furnished, all utilities and high-speed internet included in the rent. Full bathroom shared with 1 person other than you. Full kithcen, living room, patio in addition to the private bedroom. Must be male Stanford affiliated to get the house. No pets, $300 security deposit, Stanford contract.
