Tenancy period: June 7 - August 4 (but possibly through August 15, depending on whether our lease renewal goes through). We are otherwise inflexible on the dates.

Cost: $1873 / mo. + $300 refundable deposit (barring any damage to the apartment or substantial uncleanliness when we return).

My wife and I are subletting our apartment in Escondido Village, which, for those of you who don't know, is Stanford University on-campus housing. The apartment comes fully furnished with a couch (which is ours, and a big step up from other apartments), beds, dressers, a desk, a dining table, chairs, and kitchenware. The apartment has a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Additionally, you will be free to use our washing and drying machines, which many other Escondido Apartments lack.

Note: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
