Apartment is located in the Rains Graduate student housing complex on Ayrshire Farm Lane. Bedroom is furnished with LG twin bed, side table, dresser, and desk. Room mate is a female PhD student, potentially graduating this summer. (So you may have the apartment to your self!)
Free washers and dryers in adjacent building, free high speed wifi, no smoking, no pets. Parking lot next to building requires a parking permit ($27.50/month). I have a bike and would be willing on lending it to you for the summer if needed.
Since this is Stanford Graduate housing, only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense. Female preferred.
Rent is $1100/month (utilities/wifi included) or prorated for different move in/out dates.
