I am subletting my room in an EV low-rise 2BR building right off of Serra St. The move-in/move-out dates are flexible, but generally for mid-June to late September. The bedroom/apartment is fully furnished with kitchen, one bathroom (shared with one other female flatmate), a living room, and furnished patio. There is free wifi, free laundry, and utilities included in the rent.

Rent is $975 per month (this is the Stanford Housing rate), photos upon request. Must be female Stanford affiliated.
