Summer Sublet, June 14th through Late September. Apartment is in Escondido Village on the Stanford University campus, within walking or biking distance of all of Stanford and Palo Alto. Subletting one furnished bedroom room from a three bedroom low-rise to a male with Stanford affiliation for the summer. Two male roommates will be staying for the summer are both graduate students.

There is a shared bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen with all necessary cookware. Bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk, nightstand, two half-height bookshelves, and a large closet. There is a small enclosed patio with a permanent bike lock. Parking is right in front of the apartment, but the subletter must obtain a Stanford parking permit.

Internet, utilities, and laundry included in rent.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
