Summer Sublease!

A nice bedroom in Escondido Village (on-campus graduate housing) available from June 6 to September 15 (dates may be flexible).

Single size bed, large walk-in closet, big desk, high ceilings, and bathed in the morning sunshine yet staying cool in the summer! The Apartment is a clean, two-story, and one-bathroom house with triple occupancy. Fully furnished, it has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, and a backyard on the first floor, and a bathroom plus three bedrooms upstairs. Free WIFI, 24-hour hot water supply. You need to share the apartment with another two nice Chinese graduate students who will be staying for some time in the summer.

The apartment is conveniently located in graduate student housing area (a low-rise in the Hoskins Court): One minute’s walking distance to the laundry room (laundry is free!), five munities’ to the Graduate Community Center (GCC), and ten minutes’ to Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation (ACSR). The Marguerite free shuttle stops right next to the apartment. Parking area is in front of the apartment, but the sublicensee must obtain a Stanford parking permit.
Kitchen has a shared refrigerator, a microwave, an oven and other small kitchen appliances as well as dishes, silverware, a wok, and a pan available for use. Please feel free to contact me if interested! I would be happy to send along pictures and discuss the dates.

The Rent is $876/month.
