Hi, I am a graduate student who is hoping to sublease my place from some time between early June to early September, at least two months any time between this period.
My place is in South Escondido 2BR/1BA. You'll be sharing the kitchen and the living room with one roommate, who is very near and quiet.
Rent is $900 a month plus a $500 deposit.
