I am subletting my studio for the month of June 2014 at the cost of $1250 (the standard rate we pay is $1265, see http://www.stanford.edu/dept/rde/cgi-bin/drupal/housing/sites/default/files/pdfs/2013-14_Grad_RatesChart.pdf).

The studio, located in Escondido Village (Studio 4), is a exactly as described here: https://www.stanford.edu/dept/rde/cgi-bin/drupal/housing/housing/escondido-village-studios

It is of course inside Stanford campus, and at about 5 minutes walking from the Stanford GSB and 5 minutes biking from the Stanford Bookstore or the main quad.

The studio will be available from May 30th until June 29th, and I will only sublet it for the entire period. Notice that you need to be a Stanford affiliate to be able to sublet it, and that I expect every form to be signed and made legal in a few days. I will ask for a deposit of the entire amount as well.
