Hi, I am subletting my private studio in Escondido Village (Studio 4), available from the very end of May to July 20th. The cost is $1250 per month, and I will give priority to people staying at least 4 weeks.

The studio will be cleaned and emptied before I move out, and I can leave any furniture and cookware you might want. I can also leave a nice new chair and a 27 inches monitor if you want.

Parking is free, laundry is free, internet is free, and basketball and tennis courts are right outside. The studio is on campus, so every department and library is at walking distance.
