The apartment is furnished with a shared kitchen and bathroom and the room has a balcony with a view. The bedroom has a queen mattress. There is free laundry in the building and utilities are included in the rent. There's also a shared piano room in the lounge for those who like to play.

Rent is $700 per month/$175 per week (Stanford Housing rate is $722).
