I am subleasing my room in Lyman for part or all of the summer (June 15th through around September 15th) @$1041/month (University rate). All utilities included. There will also be a $300 deposit, which will be returned at the end of the contract if there are no damages and keys are appropriately returned.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.

• It's a pleasant 2-bedroom apartment (another BR is being occupied by my nice male PhD roommate who plans to stay for the summer) with one bath, kitchen, living room. FREE laundry room usage, and LOCKED bike shed.
• Conveniently located near Stanford Medical School, Engineering Quad, Lokey Stem Cell Research Building, Li Ka Shing Center, James Clark Center, Stanford Hospital & Clinics, Stanford Cancer Center and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. Nearby there's a golf driving range, a 2-min walk to a tennis court and minutes-driving distance to the famous hiking/jogging trails of Stanford Dish/Foothills.
• I have a 46in 3D HDTV (cable available w/ a fee) and microwave oven - only if you could take good care of. Bring your own linens, bedding, pots/plates/utensils...etc.
• No pet(s) and No smoking allowed.
