I’m looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 2-bedroom Escondido Village low-rises. I’m letting the room at $950/month (everything included). Ideally you would be able to sublet between mid-June (15th~) and early to mid-September, although I’m negotiable with the dates, as I know they don’t exactly align with summer quarter.
Room/Apartment Details: In addition to Stanford housing's stock furniture (desk, dresser, and end-table) my room includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress (a vast improvement to the twin mattresses which come standard in two bedroom apartments in Escondido Village). The kitchen is fully stocked (dishes, glasses, pots/pans, cookware, toaster oven, rice cooker, kettle, coffee grinder and French press, etc.). I also have a vacuum cleaner, and copious cleaning supplies that you will have access to at no charge. If linens and bedding are an issue, I'm negotiable on providing that for the sublet. The apartment is conveniently located next to Quillen, where you can do your laundry (the exact address is: 118 Jenkins Ct. Apt. 107, if you want to Google map the location).
If your interested please contact me by e-mail: dcohen84@stanford.edu, or phone: (206) 321-4774. Thanks!
