Rent is $1006/mo before other fees (wifi, laundry, CA dues) -- estimate it'll come out to around $1050.
I'm looking for somebody who can at least stay at least between late June and late August.

It's spacious, clean, quiet, and with 1 roommate -- comes with full kitchen (full-size fridge and oven, as well as popcorn maker) and is fully furnished. Kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom are shared with my roommate. The low rise is 2 floors, which helps separate work from life. There's a patio out back where you can lock your bike up, and right outside the house is a sand volleyball court and picnic tables.

It's also less than a minute walk to the Marguerite shuttles (X, Y, N, O, SE, and C lines from what I recall), and a 5-7 minute walk to Green library. 7 minute walk to Vaden Health Centre. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Cal Ave caltrain, or you can take a shuttle. If you don't feel like cooking or want a drink, Ray's Grill is right across the road.
