I am thinking about subletting my room in Berkeley for the summer (June 7th -end of August at least). Start date is a little flexible (first two weeks of June) and end date is also flexible. Its really close to the Ashby BART (10 min walk) so easy access to SF, Oakland, downtown Berkeley, the airport etc.

$775/rent + around $70 for utilities, you get a pretty big room to yourself and share a bathroom with my roomie and his gf.

Washer/dryer in unit. Ill send pics and stuff once you let me know you might be interested!

We might also extend the lease and I will be leaving, so you could move in in June and stay through next year if you are interested. Hit me up ASAP if you or anyone you know might be interested! We are looking for someone who can commit pretty soon.
