Recently updated house with a front and backyard, 1 car garage (used mostly for storage) washer and dryer. Gated house with driveway for 2 cars. Asking 1195/month plus deposit (tbd) and utilities (around 60-70 month maybe less). Couples and/or dogs are negotiable with a higher rent.

About your roommate (me): I am a 27 year old female, very outgoing and laid back. I work full time (weekends included) as a manger for a restaurant, so my schedule changes. I don't mind people hanging out or parties but it all has to be within reason (we all have responsibilities :/ ) There is also 2 dogs already living here. One is mine; 4 y/o black lab mix and the other is the current roommates 6 y/o havanese mix. I will be taking care of them and most of the house duties myself just ask that you pull your own weight.

About you: Stanford student, intern, Facebook employee, wandering traveler, whatever your needs... As long as we get along, you pick up after yourself and help with your share of the house. I'm open to male, female, couples, those with dogs (No cats sorry) like I stated before as long as we get along I'm ok.

I've dealt with numerous roommate situations as I'm sure you have too. Just want a great temporary roommate!
