I am subletting one bedroom in a 2-bedroom efficiency in Quillen. The bedroom comes with a view (see the photo, taken this morning!). There are several upgrades: the bedroom came with a single bed and low quality mattress--you will have the benefit of a full size bed and a memory foam mattress. The bedroom also has a large flat screen TV for your use. In the kitchen, you will have the benefit of a microwave, toaster oven, and blender. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have been tastefully decorated.

There is also a bike you can use if you would like.

One downside to subletting this apartment is that a small bit of the closet space in the bedroom will be filled with my belongings. I am subletting at a slight discount compared to what I will pay to reflect this.

Priority will be given to those who can sublet for a 3 month period. Somewhat flexible on dates!
