Summer housing in a 3br house a 5 min car ride, 20 min bike ride to main quad! Ideal for someone wanting to get off campus and bike to Philz everyday before work.

We're located off of University right before the 101 (technically EPA). A quiet area next to the creek.

The house if fully renovated and the room is furnished with a desk, a bed and a lamp. The room is on the second floor and has a closet. It shares a bathroom with the other second floor bedroom. It's a pretty sunny room, but if you wanna get black out curtains and code all day we ain't gonna judge.

You will have access to the living room, backyard, garage, and fully renovated kitchen.

We're moving in as well at this time, so the place would be available to move in around Friday July 4th (prorated for your stay)

Roommates will be Stanford students (mostly quiet, FroSoCo types (sans the social dancing)).

2 months rent (1 for rent 1 for deposit) will get you the room!
