I'm a female graduate student who will be away from Stanford from June 12th to Sept. 18th and am looking to sublet my room in the 2Bedroom Efficiency Apartment of Quillen Highrises for that duration, if possible. The rent will be $722/month and I would ask for a deposit of $100 in case of damages incurred.
It's a fully furnished apartment [shared kitchen and bath supplies will also be replenished for the summer], and will come with fresh linen, cleaning and cooking supplies [dishes, chlorox etc.]. There's free laundry, lounge and piano room in the complex as well.
Apartment in Escondido Village is well-located and is walking distance to the Arrillaga gym, Business School, Libraries and Encina. There's free parking across the street. It's a 15-minute walk to California Avenue and a 30-minute walk downtown. The bus-stop is right in front of the Apartment Complex as well. Contact me if interested.
Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
