I'm a male student and looking to sublet my room in the 2 Bedroom Efficiency Apartment of Quillen Highrises for duration from Aug 7 to Sep 22. The rent will be $750/month (including everything, same as university charge) and I would ask for a deposit of $100 in case of damages incurred.

Apartment in Escondido Village is well-located and is walking distance to the Arrillaga gym, Business School, Libraries and Encina. There's free parking across the street.
