3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Apartment in North Beach with recent Stanford grads

Large master bedroom available starting June 1 for a couple or shared room. Master Bath with 2 sinks, separate toilet/shower, 2 closets and ample space for a large King size bed or 2 beds with additional furniture. In the past, have had 2 girls shared as well as couple living in the master bedroom. We are looking for 2 people to fill the room from June-August or longer. If you’re interested in sharing a room and don’t have a roommate still reach out to us and we can work it out. Cost for the summer is $1500/month each with all utilities included (PG&E, Wi-Fi, TV)

The apartment’s living room and kitchen are fully furnished with 2 couches, a table that seats 6, 2 additional bar stools, TV, washer and dryer in unit, and anything you would need to cook with. We have a shared rooftop deck with patio furniture and a BBQ to enjoy summer days and great views of both Alcatraz and the city. Close to public transportation, Trader Joes, Safeway, 24 Hour fitness, Fisherman’s Warf, Washington Square Park and lots of great restaurants.
