I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Monthly rent is $1,006 - utilities included, fully furnished. I may subsidize the apartment by ~$150-200, depending on what my housing situation turns out to be for the summer.

The apartment is located closer to campus that most other graduate housing units are. The unit is right in front of a Marguerite stop and ~ 5 min walk from the gas station, gym and Vaden health center.

As of now, this apartment is only available for a female.
