Greetings!

I will be interning in Houston over the summer and therefore intend to sublet my bedroom to a female Stanford affiliate (visiting student (grad level), researcher, internee, employee etc). Following are the details-

1- The apartment has 2 bedrooms, Kitchen and 1 restroom.
2- My bedroom is upstairs (Room A). Pictures are attached.
3- 2 more roommates. One lives in Room (B) and one downstairs.
4- Laundry, access to studios computer clusters, telephone, internet, cutlery etc are included in the rent.
5- Bus stop is extremely close. My bike too is available if needed.
5- House rent is $678/month. Approx. $70 will be charged as residency and communication fee by Stanford (paid once during your stay).
6- $500 security deposit is required, which you will be duly returned if the rent is paid timely & all things are intact. So no worries on that.
7- Apartment location- 41 Olmsted, Aprt 102, Escondido Village, Stanford
8- Due to summer relocation at Stanford of certain types of apartments, there may be a change in location of residency starting from 18 August. Though this is only tentative, if it does happen, the rent and all facilities would continue to be the same. You will just be moved to another apartment within Stanford :)
