I have a year-long lease in Munger and will be gone during the summer. I would like to sublet my bedroom and private bathroom in a Munger 4 bedroom/4.5 bath apartment from around June 7 till around August 17. Apartment has a large shared living room and a large shared kitchen with lots of kitchenware. Apartment is fully furnished and air conditioned.

Due to roommate restrictions, sublessee must be male.

Rent is $1,332 per month. Utilities and laundry are included.
