June 12th - September 11th. Dates slightly flexible
6th floor with a nice balcony and view onto Escondido Village area. Roommate is very nice and easy going (and typically gone).
Laundry facilities in the basement of the building (8 story midrise- McFarland), with billiards, piano, etc.
