We're subletting a room in our house from mid-June to mid-September. The house is located in Atherton (about a 10 minute drive, 20 min bike from campus). It's got an awesome front and backyard and an even more awesome group of people living there! The room has a walk-in-closet and its own bathroom. $1200/month.
