I am subletting my rains apartment for the summer. It is available June 13- September 20. It is a male 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The apartment is full furnished. The kitchen is stocked with the usual amenities.

The bedroom includes a twin bed, desk, chair, dresser, and a closet. The only things you need are your own towels and linens. Free laundry is conveniently located nearby.

Only incoming or current MALE Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.

Rent is $1000/month
Deposit $200 (Fully Refundable)
