Fully furnished, fully equipped. 5 minutes from Meyer and Green libraries, Marguerite bus stop right in front of the house. California Avenue is 5 minutes away, Trader Joe's at Town and Country 15 minutes away (all by bike). You're welcome to borrow my bike for the summer if you promise to take care of it :-) Accessible public transportation (bus 22). Move-in: July 3rd, move-out: September 5th. Move in and out dates slightly negotiable (+/- a couple of days).
