I am subleasing my bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment in Highrise of Escondido Village (Quillen) in the summer for 3 month. I live on the north-side of 11th floor. So u get great view and also cool weather in the summer.

The room is available from about June 15 to Sep 14, but the start/end dates are negotiable.

Rent is $780/month, with internet, utilities, and laundry included. I also have some pots and pans available if u want to cook.
