Hi,

We are leasing out our 2 bedroom low rise unit during 2 weeks this summer, to eligible Stanford affiliates. Available from July 26th till August 9th.

Located in a quiet, family friendly community in Escondido Village, we have two rooms currently functioning as bedrooms (on with a queen bed, one with a crib - can become a toddler bed) + we have an extra queen mattress. We have washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher/ grill, parking and more.

Required stipulation from the university:
"Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense."
