Greetings!

I will be interning in Houston over the summer and therefore intend to sublet my bedroom to a female Stanford affiliate (visiting student (grad level), researcher, internee, employee, non-stanford undergrad of 22+ age etc). Following are the details-

1- The apartment has 2 bedrooms, Kitchen and 1 restroom. It is an EV Low-rise.
2- My bedroom is upstairs (Room A). Pictures are attached.
3- 2 more roommates. One lives in Room (B) and one downstairs in Room (C) (which is the living room furnished as bedroom).
4- Laundry, access to studios computer clusters, telephone, internet, cutlery etc are included in the rent.
5- Bus stop is extremely close. My bike too is available if needed.
5- House rent is $678/month. Approx. $70 will be charged for residency and communication fee by Stanford.
6- $200 security deposit is required, which you will be duly returned if you all things are intact, which i am sure they will :)
7- Apartment location- 41 Olmsted, Aprt 102, Escondido Village, Stanford
8- Since I have renewed for Double Occupancy 2 bedrooms High-rise efficiency Apartments for 2014-2015, there may be a change in location of residency starting from 18 August. The rent would then be $745. The new room too will be fully furnished with all the facilities mentioned above.
