I'm offering my furnished Escondido Village apartment for sublet between mid-June and mid-September (dates flexible but no earlier that June 10 and no later than September 18).

The apartment has two-stories and is located near Hulme Court. It includes a single bed, desk, one bookshelve, a dresser, a closet, a desk and a chair, as well as a fully furnished kitchen. Utilities, including wifi and unlimited laundry, are included in the price. The shuttle bus is right next to the house, which makes commuting around the campus, to downtown, to Caltrain, as well as shopping very convenient.

I have two roommates who will be staying for the summer. They are quiet, responsible, clean, and easy going.

The rent is 800 USD per month. It is possible to rent for a shorter period than the one indicated above.
