This place is three stories, 4 bed/3.5 bath, two car garage, washer/dryer/ah-ma-zing kitchen, brand-spanking new, never been lived in apartment. Our lease starts June 1 and we're looking for 1 or 2 sub-letters (preferably girls) to hold down the fort until August-September. The approximate rent would be $1450/month.
