Our family is going to be in Seattle/Vancouver over the summer and want to rent out the whole apartment. The university rent for the current school year is $2,264 per month. And I am looking to sub-out at that rent for FULL 3 months beginning around 12th June. You will need to be a qualified Stanford affiliates to sub-let the flat and you CAN NOT rent it out to or let non-Stanford affiliates to stay.
Separately from the university apartment, I am also looking to rent out the appliances, furniture and children toys our family has purchased and brought with us from the UK. This is separate from the sub-letting decision, and if it is not desired, it could be stored away. The price can be negotiated but the items are below:
We have installed dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, microwave cooker, electrical oven, meat slicer, Chinese rice cooker, 220v-110v heavy duty converter and also a Chinese breakfast cereal/drink maker in the kitchen. In the living room, we have got our own carpet, children play table, TV monitor, Xiaomi TV box, double computer screens, Xbox 360, two sets of Bose and one set of Logitech speakers. One of the bedroom was set up kids bedroom with kids beds, bookshelf, toy shelf and wardrobe. There are an extensive selection of children toys and books, in both English and Chinese.
