I'm moving out for the summer and keeping my apartment through next year so I need a sublicense for three months! This is the cheapest type of housing on campus. 3person (male), 2bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, etc. It's in Angell Court, next to basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. The apartment is a low-rise apartment, so it's easy to get in, and only one neighbor who I've never heard make a noise. Really great spot, clean, good sized apartment.

You get your own room too!

And one of my apartment mates will be here through the summer to ease your transition. I'll be here the first or second days. I'm not asking for a deposit, just keep stuff relatively clean and if something breaks or anything like that, let us know.

Fully furnished including microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, sink etc., dishes. Pretty much everything you need besides your personal items, bedding, etc.
