I will like to rent my room in Blackwelder, Escondido Village during June to September, the time can be flexible.

Fully furnished including microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, sink etc., dishes. Pretty much everything you need besides your personal items, bedding, etc.

I would ask for $700 for month, less than school charges me.
