I'm renting out my room for the summer (3months). I want someone who is ready to finalize the sublease ASAP.
I can only rent to people who are affiliated with Stanford, female, and not undergrads.

Here are the details:

-one bedroom in a two bedroom/shared bathroom dorm in EV
-dorm includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, and shared backyard
-dorm is fully furnished
-you will have access to cooking/kitchen utensils
-the bedroom is spacious, has a twin bed, desk, dresser, and closet with a bookshelf
-free and unlimited laundry room access

I am charging $1000/month June 17- August 10. Dates are very flexible but I would like to rent out for the whole summer. Female renter preferred since the other roommate will likely be female. I have a bike you can rent for the summer if you want.
