I'll be in Berkeley for the summer, so I am subletting my room in Rains.

It's a 4BR/2Bath, so you will be sharing the space with three extremely nice fellows--although, I believe that everyone will be spending part/all of the summer away so there is a chance you will have the space somewhat to yourself. Honestly, I've lived there all year and rarely see anyone as is.

The apartment itself is clean and includes all the standard furnishings (bed, desk, dresser, etc.). The real appeal of my listing is that I am pressed for time SO I AM EXTREMELY WILLING TO NEGOTIATE ON PRICE. I pay a little over $1000/month, but I need someone ASAP so make me an offer. Move in/out dates are also flexible.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
