One small bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, not furnished, on Alma and Loma Verde, starting June 15th. There is a shared kitchen, shared bathroom, shared living room and backyard. There is plenty of street parking and no street cleaning. This is perfect for a young grad or coterm.

We are two recent grads who working at the Stanford Medical School. One male and one female.

Rent is $600 a month including utilities. Must be able to sign a one year lease on June 15th. $600 security deposit + $600 which is a total of $1200 due at move in. Deposit is to be returned after a moving out.

Please reply with a brief description of self. We are looking for either a recent graduate or a coterm to take the room. Please only reply if you are under the age of 26.
