I am not living on campus this summer and will therefore be renting my studio. It is located in Studio 6 in Escondido Village. The studio comes fully-furnished, with a bed, desk, couch, ceiling fan, oven/stove and bathroom. There is a free laundry room in the basement.

The rent will be prorated based on a monthly rate of $1309, charged by Stanford Housing. If this rate changes, your rent will be modified accordingly. I will ask for a security deposit of 1/3 the full rental amount, to be returned within one week of my return, upon verification that everything is in good condition.

I would like to rent to one person, and ideally for the entire duration of my absence (June 9 to mid-September). To rent, you must be affiliated with Stanford in some way. Unfortunately, I cannot rent to undergraduate students.
