Summer's coming!

I'll be in China for 6 weeks and am subleasing my room from Jul 24 through Sep 6. Rate is $1000/month. Must be a male Stanford student / affiliate. Move in / out dates are flexible, preference given to someone who will stay (or pay) for at least one month.

• Fully furnished bedroom, dining and living rooms
• Kitchen stocked with cookware, bakeware and cooking ingredients
• Convenient location, right next to Campus Drive.
• Quiet at night, neighboring apartments block the noise from on-campus / Rains parties.
• Access to Stanford Internet, laundry rooms and other utilities.
• Bike for use with a security deposit

You will be sharing the 2-bedroom apartment with my housemate, an engineering student. We are friendly, live studious lives and like to keep the place clean.
