My friends and I have rented a house in Palo Alto ( ~1.5 miles from campus; 5 min drive), and I won't be moving in until mid/late September. Looking to sublease it out to a reliable student. Move-in date is July 1st, but can be pushed back by a few days. Move-out date is Sept 15. Length of stay is negotiable too.

Will be happy to share more pictures of the house with interested parties. House is right off Embarcadero. Facilities include a spacious private room, a large lounge/kitchen area, and a shared bath. All wooden flooring.
