Details on the house / bedroom:
Location: Extremely convenient location on Middlefield Road just off of Embarcadero Road in Palo Alto. 4-minute bike ride to downtown Palo Alto and the Caltrain station, 15-minute walk to downtown Palo Alto, and 7-minute drive / 12-minute bike ride to Stanford's campus. Space to park one car in the driveway and several spots open right in front of the house on the street. You will have easy access to a great selection of restaurants, stores, public transportation, and parking.

Bedroom: 1 bedroom is still available in the 4-bedroom house. It is quite spacious, has a closet, comes completely furnished, and shares a bathroom with the bedroom next door. The house has a big living room with a TV, a separate dining room, a kitchen, and its own washer/dryer -- everything is already furnished. In the back there is a beautiful backyard with a state-of-the-art grill and nice patio furniture. The house also gets a lot of natural light.
We have posted photos of the bedroom and shared bathroom so that you can get a sense for the space and furniture -- don't worry, the bedroom will be tidied up by the time you move in :) but the furniture will remain.

Rent: $1700 per month.

Dates: July 1 - September 10 (end date somewhat negotiable to September 15)

Who would you be living with?
All of us leasing the house are second year MBA students at the Stanford GSB. One of us is interning in the area at Apple and will be living in the house. She is from DC originally and in her late 20s, used to work in banking and media prior to business school, loves puppies (but doesn't have one!), and makes great pasta dishes. The rest of us are sadly not going to be in the Bay Area over the summer. The other two bedrooms have already been subletted to other people in their mid-20s with stable jobs at technology startups in the Palo Alto area.
