Hi!

We are looking for someone to take over a bedroom in our awesome three-bedroom house in Menlo Park (the Willows) for a short term stay during the summer. The place is available from August 9th till September 14 (5weeks), for 1200$ (or 250$ per week).

AMENITIES:

Queen size bed, office desk, comfy armchair, large closet
shared restroom/bathroom with one person
in house laundry and dryer
large kitchen with dishwasher
plenty of indoor and outdoor storage space
access to large backyard (with grass/trees/bbq)
parking
grand piano

ABOUT US & YOU:
We are looking for someone who is:

easy going and self-sufficient
respects other people's privacy and space
clean and contributes to the common practicalities (like cleaning, trash etc.)

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

Very safe, beautiful and quiet
Close to Facebook/Google/Stanford
5 min drive from downtown Palo Alto
Plenty of street parking
Easy access to highway 101
