Hi,
I am subletting my room in a 2BR apartment in graduate housing this summer, for two weeks from July 2nd to July 19th. By rule of grad housing, the subletter must be female and affiliated to Stanford and not an undergraduate student (see below). The apartment is fully furnished, come with microwave, oven and decent sized fridge for two There is one bathroom with bathtub. There is a big living room and kitchen. It is in a low rise building and the room looks at a nice grass space. Parking is not an issue just in front of the building (permit required). It is really quiet area.
I can leave dishes, cookware and linens if needed!
eligibility : "To be eligible to sublicense a space from a Stanford graduate student, a prospective sublicensee must be a current or incoming direct Stanford affiliate, or a temporary Stanford affiliate. People not eligible to sublet a space in graduate housing include minors, high school students, undergraduates, and anyone not affiliated with Stanford. Temporary Stanford affiliates who will not be enrolled as students (summer visiting researchers, for example) must not be a minor, high school student, or undergraduate at his/her home institution."
Be sure to follow official Student Housing Sublicensing policies: http://sublicense.Stanford.edu
