This is a great looking and comfy couch that happens to have an awesome pullout bed with a tempur-pedic mattress. We are moving from SF to Escondido Village, where you can pick it up. The couch was kept in an unused room and so it has very low mileage and looks brand new. It’s 73” wide and 42” deep. We paid $2,700 but I am happy to let it go for much less. I can even drop off it off on Wednesday 6/25 since I will have access to a moving truck.
